Fun Friday

Not only did Letty and I go to Panera today but we also got Starbucks....mmmmmm.

I have come to the point in life where I bribe the children. I told them that if they behave during library time and during the video, they could make a trip to the treasure chest. The kids are also terrified of the first grade teachers and Dr. Pilgren thinking poorly of them, so I told them if they misbehave I'm going to tell the first grade teachers and Dr. Pilgren their names. Naturally, the kids behaved... So today made for a great day.

We told the kids the Easter bunny came today and hid eggs for them. They were obsessed with finding traces of him whenever they could. Someone found jellybeans in the sandbox and convinced all of the kids that the bunny was near by.

Last night I received a letter from the Catholic School in San Dimas I applied to. I thought the rejection letter would upset me a little more but i am staying positive and believing in the fact that the big guy upstairs has a better plan for me.

Sunday is my friend/ former master teacher's birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY KRISTINE!!!!!!!

Student: I don't like to play sports.
Nurse: Well these are the only pants your dad gave me. You need to put them on if you want to go back to class.
Student: I'm dry.
Nurse: You still need to change.
Student: I'm calling the PO-lice.
Nurse: You still have to change.
Student: I'm calling the cops.
